Giorgio Morandi

We went to see the Giorgio Morandi exhibition at the Metropolitan Musuem. I highly recommend it for anyone who has the chance to see his work. He was an early 20th century still life painter who had the ability to make the simple objects powerful and transcending. It was a spiritual experience.
